Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-volume sales, product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We recommend monitoring tracking updates closely and ensuring a secure delivery location.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue and assist accordingly.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.
